2+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role. Long-term temporary position has the possibility of hire for the right person. Prior work experience needs at least 1 1/2 years or more at each position worked to qualify.

Use Excel throughout the day to log information and prepare reports. Familiar using the Task function on Outlook. Small office team with pitch-in style. Once trained, and hired as a part of their regular team, you may be visiting local customers in the Southern California area.

Competent, professional, positive, and helpful phone manner is essential. Quick learner with ability to retain information easily. This is a highly detailed and focused role. Fast and accurate data entry. Excellent follow-through skills.

  • Quick touch typing above 45wpm (55wpm ideal)
  • Superb grammar and spelling
  • Strong experience using the task function, calendar, and emails in Outlook
  • Able to work with a large amount of data tracking on Excel spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)Able to meet office deadlines and client timelines
  • Answer calls, upkeep and maintenance of records/files, mail processing, and other office tasks
  • Research information to assist businesses with HR/Payroll related questions

High School diploma or equivalent

Regular and consistent attendance is necessary

  • $23-$24/hr, DOE M-F 8:30am-5pm
