The most important responsibility of our management team is to drive sales through an amazing customer experience. Not only will you be personally responsible for selling and meeting goal, but you will also be coaching and developing your co-workers to do the same. Setting the example is very important in this role, so all of your time will be spent on the sales floor with your team. This is a hands on, boots on the ground position.

Job duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations efficiently and effectively
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets
- Conduct training development programs for staff members
- Use your creativity to merchandise products and create fun displays

Minimum one year sales or leadership experience.
