Job Details

We are Everdriven's service providers and we are looking for monitors for our school routes.

Monitors go in the car with the driver and take kids to school.

The school district pays $35 per trip, that means, $35 in the morning and $35 in the afternoon.

On average, routes in Philadelphia are 40-45-minute long, which means monitors work one hour-and-a-half per day having one route.

We have kids of all school ages.

If the team (driver+monitor) has two routes a day, monitors make $140 per day.

Drivers meet monitors before starting the routes.

Monitors are paid every Friday through ADP as contractors (1099).

There is a vetting process that includes:

1. Fingerprinting;
2. Background check;
3. Two online courses;
4. Act 151;
5. Drug test.

The candidates pay for their vetting process.

After having completed the vetting, we send all the documents to the school district for their final approval. This process can take 2-7 business days.

After being approved by the district, drivers have to take a course at the school district and, after completing the course, they are eligible to work for the district.
