Ford Service Technician – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Jay Malone Motors, a family-owned and locally operated dealership in Hutchinson, MN, is looking for a skilled and motivated Ford Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our team!

Ford certification is preferred, but if you're an experienced technician looking to advance your career, we offer training and growth opportunities to help you succeed.

Earn $50,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience and certifications)

Your Role:

• Diagnose and repair engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmissions, air conditioning, and more
• Complete service and repair assignments efficiently, safely, and correctly to meet dealership and manufacturer standards
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors and Foreman regarding repair status
• Stay updated with the latest technical advancements and repair techniques

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experienced technicians (Ford certification is preferred)
✔ Team-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused
✔ Experience with shop equipment (alignment system, diagnostic tools, AC service equipment, etc.)
✔ Strong automotive knowledge and problem-solving skills
✔ Must maintain personally owned tools in good working order
✔ Valid Driver’s License required
