We are seeking a Sales Associate Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Process 4473 background checks
• Have a basic knowledge of firearms and laws

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledgeable about firearms
• Az Conceal Carry Permit

Prefer experience in the firearms industry. Must possess the patience and ability to assist with customers questions and education of the products. Must be able to pass a background check and ATF 4473
