The primary role of the Front Office Insurance Coordinator is to effectively arrange and manage patient financials for all large integrative cases, general dentistry patients and manage third party financing for our patients.

Key duties associated include coordinating patient and treatment finances effectively include knowing and coordinating insurance fees, presenting fees to patients, knowing and utilizing financial options for the patient, educating patients on treatment choices and overcoming financial objections.

Key duties associated with managing office account receivables include good communication skills when following up on insurance claims, mastering insurance benefits and having crucial conversations with patients regarding outstanding balances.
