We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to become an integral part of our growing web development agency. In this role, you will identify sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help clients discover how our services can benefit their business.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our web development services to new and existing clients

• Educate clients on our offerings and the value we provide

• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within specified deadlines

• Close sales and ensure smooth client handoff to our development team

• Provide follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction

• Build and maintain relationships with a strong client base

• Handle basic client questions, concerns, and objections professionally

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients

• Self-motivated and results-oriented

• Detail- and deadline-driven

• Familiarity with web development or digital services is a plus
