As a full-time remote Technical Product Manager, you will be the strategic driver behind our software products. You will bridge the gap between our clients' challenges and our technical solutions, defining what we build and why. This role requires you to own the product lifecycle—from market research and requirements gathering to launch and iteration. You will work hands-on with our engineering team to ensure we build innovative, reliable, and high-quality software that aligns with our company's mission.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success in managing product lifecycles from conception to launch, with a clear understanding of product strategy and execution.

Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Highly self-disciplined and capable of thriving in an independent, remote work setting, demonstrating strong time management and self-motivation.

A verifiable history of successfully leading and delivering projects from initiation through to completion, consistently meeting or exceeding objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Management, or a closely related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

 

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Microsoft Project)
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts and common languages
  • Knowledge of database management principles
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes in software development
