Job Details

We are looking for a Construction Compliance Administrator to support our office staff by keeping the company and its projects & vendors/subcontractors in compliance with safety regulations, insurance, project submittals & warranties, business license renewals, etc. Ensure all training software and safety awareness training is completed and up to date. Also assist with various other duties such as data entry, office mailings and other clerical tasks as needed. We are looking for a self starter with great organizational skills proficient in Microsoft office, outlook, excel, word, etc. as well as having knowledge of the construction industry and the various agencies we must abide by. Being familiar with Osha, ISN Network, as well as Procontractor or Viewpoint software is a plus!
