Pay Range: $18-21 an hour

Under the direction of the Cushions Production Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Responsibilities include:

• Operate sewing machines to perform cushion sewing operations, such as joining, reinforcing, or hemming cushions or cushion parts.
• Read work orders and follow detailed instructions to determine cushion requirements.
• Produce finished cushions accurately and completely by established deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• One (1) year related experience preferred. Loose cushion experience is ideal.
• Previous experience working on sewing machines.
• Excellent hand/eye coordination and color vision.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to customer and company values.

• Ability to comprehend directions
• Ability to read and interpret operating and written instructions
