Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Pay Rate: $22/hour

Job Summary:
We’re looking for an energetic, confident Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role calls for a go-getter who knows how to close deals and build long-lasting client relationships. From uncovering new opportunities to negotiating contracts and finalizing deals, your mission is to help us grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

• Deliver compelling product/service presentations tailored to client needs.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with professionalism and care.

• Prepare, review, and manage accurate, compliant sales contracts.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.

• Maintain up-to-date records of activities and sales pipeline in CRM software.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

• Keep a keen eye on market trends and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of proven success in sales, preferably in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of contracts and the sales agreement process.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive both independently and within a team.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

• Established relationships within the beauty industry’s wholesale sector.

• Experience working with influencers, social media campaigns, or visual merchandising.

• Familiarity with international distribution and wholesale logistics.
