Your Mission: 

Knock on doors in hot neighborhoods to generate leads and offer amazing roofing solutions. Build long lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they’re happy from start to finish (and beyond!) Become a roofing pro by staying updated on the latest trends and materials (we’ll teach you everything you need to know!)

Responsibilities 

• Lift, carry, and set up ladders and other equipment up to 50 pounds

• Willingness and ability to safely climb and inspect roofs to assess conditions, gather information and provide accurate evaluations as needed for the role. 

• Perform accurate, impartial, and complete roof inspections, which includes but is not limited to accurate hail damage assessment identification of age and condition

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills with a focus on professionalism and customer service

• Ability to recommend repairs and upgrades

• Make proactive calls to existing and prospective customers, providing key updates and information regarding their roofing claims or repairs.

• Ability to independently generate leads

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior customer service or sales experience

• Hospitality/server experience

• Prior Roofing sales or construction experience

• Property Insurance experience

Requirements:

• A clean and reliable vehicle that is capable of transporting a ladder safely

• An operational smartphone

• Ladder that will reach at least one story

• Professional appearance

• Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Auto Insurance.

• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of the office (distance may vary)

• Availability for midday, evening, and weekend appointments

• 1099 independent contractor
