Position Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven Business Development Manager / Field Sales Representative who is hungry to close deals and maximize income. You’ll be the face of our brand in Houston — following up with inbound leads, meeting homeowners for in-home estimates, prospecting general contractors, speaking to custom & big box home builders, and seizing opportunities as you spot them across the city.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Follow-Up & In-Home Sales
- Promptly contact and follow up with inbound leads.
- Schedule and attend appointments at customers' homes.
- Educate prospects on the benefits of Lifetime Green Coatings.
- Close the sale on-site and ensure a smooth handoff to our installation team.
Contractor & Builder Outreach
- Proactively call and email general contractors to pitch our product for their projects.
- Build relationships with custom home builders and position us as their go-to floor coating provider.
- Monitor local building permits or new construction and initiate outreach.
- Actively use PlanHub to find new projects in the area and bid on them through calling the general contractors.
Field Prospecting
- Drive around Houston to spot new construction sites.
- Stop and speak with site foremen or project managers about our product and hand out marketing material.
- Log and follow up on all field prospecting activity.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain an organized pipeline using our CRM Service Titan
- Follow up with past leads and unsold estimates.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
What You Bring:
- Proven success in sales, ideally in home services, construction, or a related field.
- Fearless attitude — you're comfortable knocking on doors, calling cold leads, and starting conversations.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of or experience in the Houston construction market is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: Modest base salary to provide stability.
- Commission: Earn 7% commission on each job sold.
- Sell 2 garage floors per day, and you’re on pace to make $200,000+ per year.
- Unlimited earning potential — you control your income.
