Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager

A dynamic and client-focused personal injury law firm in Houston is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our energetic legal team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about advocating for clients during the early stages of their personal injury claims and who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through settlement
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consistent communication and case updates in both English and Spanish
Collect, review, and organize essential case documentation, including medical records, bills, accident reports, and police reports
Draft demand letters and assist in negotiating medical liens and reductions
Coordinate client medical treatment and maintain communication with healthcare providers
Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters and third parties to facilitate case resolution
Maintain organized case files and ensure timely execution of tasks and deadlines
Work in collaboration with attorneys to evaluate case strength and prepare for potential litigation

Required Qualifications:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Previous experience in personal injury pre-litigation case management (required)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple active cases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Must be available to work on-site at our Houston office
