ESST has been providing security services including cameras, access control, data, and alarm monitoring to Texas businesses for 21 years. Our headquarters is located in Justin, Texas with an additional office in Lubbock, Texas.

Responsibilities
- Supervise security project installation including, but not limited to, CCTV, access control, data, and intrusion alarms
- Report installation status daily to operations manager
- Ensure project software is updated
- Assist in project installation
- Work with sales team on required project close out documentation
- Travel to and from job locations. Some overnight travel may be required.
- Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills
As a Lead Technician, you must be highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management, prioritization, and project management skills. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a firm commitment to responsive and professional customer service.
- Hands on systems experience in the following:
Access Control: S2, Genea, ICT Cameras: Avigilon, Alta (formerly AVA), Panasonic (Video Insight, iPro) Intrusion: Bosch
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Pass extensive background check and drug screening
- Listen and communicate with peers, supervisors, and customers
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent managerial qualities
- Expert troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills
- Maintain strict client confidentiality
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Punctual & demonstrate a high attendance record
- The ability to use power tools
- The ability to climb a ladder and operate lifts
- Physical demands include: capable of sitting and standing for long periods of time; freely bending, kneeling, crawling and stooping while working; work from high places such as roofs, ceilings, ladders and crawl spaces and other small areas; and safely move and lift materials and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.
