Job Details

Concrete surfacing finish work in a heavy highway construction environment, collaborating with other team members, adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Finish and surface concrete to required specifications on highways, roads, bridges, and related structures
• Set forms, smooth and shape concrete, and apply curing and sealing compounds
• Collaborate with crew members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Operate finishing tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols

Requirements:

• Prior experience in concrete finishing (highway or heavy civil experience preferred)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
