Bookkeeping Made Easy, a division of Teipen CPA Group, PC, is currently seeking ​an Experienced Account Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for multiple entities in a fast paced but extremely enjoyable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Communicate results to our clients as an integral part of their financial team

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields and at least 5 years of Quickbooks experience required
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
