Job Description

Our client, a leading labor and employment law firm, is seeking a direct-hire Attorney Brief Writer for its LA or Emeryville, CA, offices. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, and the salary is flexible depending on experience.

Position: Attorney Brief Writers

The Brief Writer should have prior clerking experience. Has experience with law and motion for the full cycle of a case, including MSJs and settlement papers. Need at least two writing samples with their resume.

This position is for the class action, wage and hour group, so all candidates must have existing class and collective action experience as well as familiarity working on PAGA and FLSA claims. Must be CA licensed.

Work Schedule: Hybrid Remote - The position will observe a hybrid work schedule between the Emeryville and Los Angeles offices. The firm may consider fully remote (anywhere in the country with a CA license) for stronger candidates with all the relevant skills and experience.
