Job Summary
The Enrollment & Communication Coordinator is the voice and heartbeat of our school for new and current families. This team member plays a key role in welcoming new students, managing parent communication, supporting the enrollment process, and ensuring families stay informed and engaged throughout their time with us.

Duties

• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents through phone, text, email, and in-person
• Follow up with new leads and schedule tours or trial classes
• Guide families through the enrollment process for martial arts and afterschool
• Track and report on enrollment activity and parent interest
• Help promote special events, camps, and promotions
• Maintain accurate student records and family contact info
• Manage digital paperwork and enrollment forms
• Assist with organizing events, registrations, and special days (e.g. Belt Testing, Parent Night Out)
• Send timely updates, newsletters, and reminders using email and texting platforms
• Assist with handling questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and warmly

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, admin, or sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to learn software systems (like CRMs, email/text platforms)
• Friendly, upbeat, and solution-oriented attitude
• Passion for working with families and supporting youth programs
• a plus!
