Exercise Coach Personal Coach Wanted 
 

Who we are: 
Through the use of proprietary equipment, we help people in our community build Stronger Muscles, Stronger Health and Stronger Self.  
No fitness experience needed as all training, study, and certification training will be done at home and on-site. The ideal candidate is energetic and people-oriented, enjoys one-on-one conversation and building relationships, and is passionate about good health. The right candidate needs to be available approximately 20 hours per week. 
The Exercise Coach specializes in one-on-one and small group training using innovative, high-tech and proprietary equipment called Exerbotics. We specialize in overall strength training. We are the ideal fitness solution for those who are busy, those who don’t prefer the gym scene, those who are not exercise enthusiasts, those who are afraid of getting hurt, or those who have previous injuries. Our clients achieve meaningful, quantitative results that matter to overall health with no more than two 20-minute strength building focused workouts per week. All coaches receive: 

  • Proprietary personal training certification by the Exercise Coach 
  • Experience in leadership, business, and fitness industry customer service 
  • Access to state-of-the-art equipment for your own training

Responsibilities: 

  • Leading individual and small-group exercise sessions 
  • Tracking client progress and results 
  • Scheduling appointments and managing accounts for existing clients 

Pay: 

  • $16/hr starting; $18/hr once certified 

Experience: 

  • None required, but preferred

Education: 

  • High School or equivalent (required) 
  • College degree or working toward one (preferred) 

License/Certification: 

  • CPR/AED (required) 
  • Driver’s License (preferred)
