Job Details

Experienced Architect/Designer to produce construction documents for medium to large residential and commercial scale projects. Applicant required to have (10) or more years of experience in the field and capable of making presentations to clients and explain program from initial concept to completion. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation:

  Meeting with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and budget for the project. 

• Design Development:

  Understanding building codes, including detailed drawings, specifications, and renderings, using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools. 

• Project Management:

  .

  Overseeing the project from start to finish, including coordinating with various stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to timelines. 

• Construction Oversight:

  .

  Visiting construction sites to monitor progress, ensuring compliance with architectural plans and resolving any issues that arise. 

• Code Compliance:

  .

  Ensuring that all designs and construction adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. 

• Collaboration:

  .

  Working with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of all aspects of the project. 

• Communication:

  .

  Effectively communicating design concepts and project updates to clients, stakeholders, and construction teams. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Architectural Degree:

  .

  A professional degree in architecture is typically required. 

• Licensure:

  .

  License preferred but not necessary. 

• Design Skills:

  .

  Strong design skills and the ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. 

• Technical Knowledge:

  Auto Cad and Rivet with a solid understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials. 

• Project Management:

  Excellent organizational and project management skills to oversee all aspects of a project. 

• Communication Skills:

  Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and other professionals.
