Role Primary Purpose: Responsible for managing the day to day accounting functions of the company and maintaining a strong healthy team. Maintain accurate financial records while consistently looking for ways to improve / streamline processes within the accounting team.

Home Run Inn is looking for an energetic team member to join our finance and accounting team.

Report To: Director of Finance and Accounting

Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement preparation
• Manage the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Manage the accounting for fixed assets across all locations
• Manage cost accounting for manufacturing facilities
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Work with external tax and audit teams
• Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual tax regulatory filings
• Assist in the annual budgeting process
• Manage small accounting team

Responsibilities:

• Have worked in a consumer product environment.
• Multiple business lines (required)
• Process manufacturing (food related a plus)
• Retail (restaurants/food chains a plus)
• Have experience working across multiple ERPs
• Have managed a small staff
• Demonstrated ability of streamlining processes and procedures
• Strong Excel skills

Education, Certification, and Experience background, the right candidate will have:

• BS/BA in finance or accounting
• Minimum of 10-12 Years of experience in accounting and finance
