Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable Food Service Worker with grill experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll support daily kitchen operations with a focus on preparing grilled items and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable in fast-paced kitchens and is committed to food safety and quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods including burgers, sandwiches, and hot meals
• Set up and operate the grill station and other food prep areas
• Assist with basic prep tasks such as slicing, portioning, and plating
• Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and served safely
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grill and kitchen areas
• Replenish supplies and ingredients as needed during service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen supervisors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 6+ months of food service experience, preferably with grill cooking duties
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of proper food handling and kitchen safety
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• ServSafe certification is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
