Appointment Setter (Business Development Representative)

Location: Tampa, FL (In office only)

Hours: Full-Time

Compensation: $4000/base + commission (Estimate: $6000-$10,000/month)

The hiring company is a fast-growing coaching company that teaches everyday people how to make money flipping sports cards. Our mission is simple: help 9-5ers create a fun, low-risk side income — and we’re scaling fast. We’re now hiring Appointment Setters (BDRs) who want to grow with us and earn big by connecting qualified leads to our sales team.

About the Role

This is not cold calling. You’ll be speaking only with warm leads — people who have already shown interest in our programs by signing up, opting in, or attending a training.

You don’t need sales experience. If you’re hungry, coachable, and motivated by growth and money, we’ll train you to win.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Texting, calling, and DMing warm leads (all inbound)
• Asking basic qualification questions
• Booking sales calls for our closers
• Following up with interested leads
• Updating CRM and tracking activity
• Showing up every day ready to get after it

Requirements:

• Great communication skills
• Highly reliable and consistent
• Coachable with a winning mindset
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Must be available full-time (40+ hours/week)
• Positive attitude and desire to grow
