Job Title: Virtual Production Supervisor (Startup Role – Commission + Base Pay)

Location: Hollywood, CA (On-site most days and some Remote days).
Job Start: Start out as part time Independent Contractor, Hybrid Compensation (Base + Commission)

We’re looking for a Virtual Production Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can wear multiple hats, and is ready to be the face of the operation.

  The Role
  As our Virtual Production Supervisor, you are both the technical operator and client- facing lead. You’ll manage the LED wall and related systems, help book the space, run demos, work closely with clients, and drive revenue by leveraging your industry network. You’re essentially a one-person powerhouse with both production chops and business savvy.

  Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the LED volume and virtual production pipeline

• Interface directly with clients: Directors, DPs, Producers, and Agencies

• Run demos and on-set operations during shoots

• Book the volume for commercial and film productions

• Drive business by leveraging existing client relationships and making new ones

• Collaborate on creative and technical pre-production planning

• Offer basic Unreal Engine support and scene integration (with help if needed)

• Help define best practices and scalable systems as we grow

  Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience with LED Volumes in a virtual production setting

• Strong Director of Photography (DP) skillset with an eye for camera, lighting, and

  framing

• Sales-oriented mindset – you’ve got a network and you're not afraid to use it

• Experience working directly with clients and managing set expectations

• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starting, self-managing, and solution-oriented

• Some experience with Unreal Engine, or at least a solid understanding of how it

  integrates into VP workflows

  Nice to Have

• Background in commercial production or automotive shoots

• Understanding of camera tracking systems (e.g., Mo-Sys, OptiTrack)

• Familiarity with studio lighting grids and media servers (Disguise, etc.)
