JOB DESCRIPTION
● Receive and deliver orders
● Supply parts to service department technicians
● Track and follow up on orders
● Assist with customer phone inquiries
● Invoice parts and service
● Follow up with customers and suppliers in English
● Perform purchasing and enter invoices into the computer system
● Prepare all receiving and shipping documentation
● Must be able to lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally
● Must have experience operating a forklift
REQUIRED SKILLS
● Computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Google Suite
● Bilingual: French / English, spoken and written
● Highly organized
● Self-motivated and autonomous
JOB DETAILS
● Full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site
● Salary based on experience: $21.00 to $28.00 per hour
● Benefits after 3 months
