Now Hiring: Phlebotomist II – Doylestown, PA (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: 252 W Swamp Rd, Doylestown, PA 18901

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM + every other weekend

Pay Rate: $19.85–$21.79/hr

Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist II to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Doylestown Patient Service Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality blood draws and specimen collection on patients of all ages, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Prepare specimens for lab testing following established protocols
• Verify and label patient specimens with attention to detail and patient interaction
• Maintain required records and documentation
• Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring a safe, clean, and professional environment
• Travel and float to nearby Patient Service Centers or In-Office Phlebotomy locations with short notice

Requirements:

• 3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric patients
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington
• Must have strong venipuncture skills and customer service experience
• Keyboard/data entry proficiency required
• Reliable transportation is essential—public transportation not available
• Must be flexible for weekends, holidays, and coverage as needed
• Must be COVID-19 vaccinated

Training location may vary based on trainer availability.
