Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting our customers and sales operations by reviewing and assisting with aluminum truss products to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.

• Attention to detail, accuracy of inspections, consistency in following procedures and documentation and reporting quality.

• Ability to meet production deadlines, manage time effectively, and maintain a high output of work. Efficient use of materials and reduction of waste.

• Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operation of machinery.

• Collaboration with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments. Clear and effective communication of technical information and issues.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues. Implementation of innovative techniques to improve machining processes.

• Punctuality, attendance, and consistency in performance. Reliability in completing tasks and fulfilling responsibilities.

• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new technologies or processes. Participation in training and professional development opportunities.

• Regular and proper maintenance of machines and equipment. Reporting and addressing equipment issues promptly.
