Our growing Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Centers are seeking an experienced Chiropractic or medical office assistant, preferably bilingual in Spanish and familiar with front and back office duties. The ideal candidate will have experience with front office duties and will possess the necessary skills to professionally and courteously greet patients, handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, verify insurance, process necessary paperwork, schedule appointments and various other duties associated with the front office. Attention to detail is a must.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with back office duties such as knowledge of various treatment modalities, assisting patients with treatments, cleaning, sanitizing, organizing medical supplies used for patient care, effectively acknowledging and relaying any patient information or concerns to the doctors and/or supervision and various other duties associated with the back office.

This full-time employment opportunity will be three days per week at our Banning office and two days per week at our Palm Springs office.
