Preferred Education & Experience:

• STEM Degree (preferred but not required)
• 1–5 years of production or operations management experience
• Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment
• Bonus if you have experience in cut & sew or job-shop style production

Skills & Attributes:

• Analytic skills to evaluate production operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of KPIs, capacity planning, and shop floor control
• Ability to lead and inspire a team while holding accountability
• Critical thinker who can solve problems on the fly
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
• Driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about making things better

 Where Do You Go:

Upon effectively demonstrating the ability to manage the production floor, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to advance into the Plant Manager position.
