Position Overview:
As a Client Services Representative, you will engage with clients by phone to gather relevant
information about their claims, provide status updates on their specific cases, and discuss
ongoing litigation. Utilizing our firm’s state-of-the-art technology, you will connect with clients
through various communication channels, including phone, email, text, and webchat. Our team
emphasizes a compassionate approach to client interactions, aiming to build rapport and ensure a
positive client experience from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client calls to obtain relevant claim information and provide case updates
• Utilize multiple communication methods (phone, email, text, webchat) to reach clients
• Approach each client interaction with empathy and professionalism
• Build and maintain rapport with clients to foster a positive experience

Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Customer service experience
• Professional, empathetic phone etiquette
• Active listening and strong verbal and communication skills
• Excellent written communication skills, with a high level of spelling, punctuation, and grammar accuracy
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to gather, confirm, and update comprehensive medical information
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a dynamic, high-volume, and fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce (Litify or other legal CRM platforms is a plus)
• Legal experience in personal injury, products liability, or class action/mass torts
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency
