Now Hiring: Manual Machinist – Horizontal Boring Mills, VTLs & Lathes
Twinsburg, OH | Up to $35/hr | 1st Shift | Full-Time | Direct Hire

Are you a skilled machinist who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? RemX is seeking a Manual Machinist to join a growing team in Twinsburg, OH. If you’re detail-oriented, experienced with horizontal boring mills, VTLs, or manual lathes—and ready to take your skills to the next level—this opportunity is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate manual horizontal boring mills, vertical turning lathes (VTLs), and/or lathes

• Work from blueprints or original components to manufacture new parts to spec

• Perform accurate measurements and calculations for precision machining

• Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular machine cleaning

• Follow safety protocols and comply with industry regulations

What You Bring:

• Experience operating manual machining equipment (mills, lathes, etc.)

• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and make precision cuts

• Strong math, analytical thinking, and attention to detail

• Reliability, excellent attendance, and the ability to work with minimal supervision

• Comfortable in a high-output job shop environment

• Must be able to commute daily to Twinsburg, OH 44087

Work Schedule:

• 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 10-hour shifts

• Occasional Saturday mornings and overtime as needed
