Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions, and Solution-Focused Therapy
• Document clinical progress, maintain accurate client records, and adhere to all ethical and legal requirements
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, training, and professional development
• Collaborate with other providers and community resources to ensure effective and coordinated care

Qualifications:

• Alignment with the practice’s vision, mission, and values
• Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or related field; will consider Bachelor’s level candidate
• Active, unrestricted license, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S), Licensed Social Worker (LSW, LISW, LISW-S)
• Experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planning and execution
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation abilities
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, values-driven, and patient-centered care
