• Pay range: $24.00-$26.00 (depends on skills/knowledge/experience) 
• Location: onsite in Carson, CA

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Management Assistant. In this role, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to the property management team. Responsibilities:

• Perform general clerical duties as assigned by the Property Manager or COO
• Provide prompt and courteous responses to tenant requests and concerns
• Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and track progress to completion
• Maintain organized and up-to-date tenant files, lease agreements, and vendor records
• Draft routine communications, notices, and basic reports as needed
• Track expenses and assist with record-keeping and basic financial reporting
• Assist with property management coordination, including scheduling repairs and inspections
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1–2 years of administrative or property management experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a willingness to take on new challenges
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and current auto insurance
