What Were Looking For:
Licensed Agent Active 2-15 or 2-40 license required
Sales Experience 3 to 5 years of Sales Experience. Insurance experience is a plusbut not required
Strong Communication Friendly, confident phone presence; excellent verbal and written skills
Punctual & Reliable You thrive on consistency, reliability, and accountability
Customer-Centric Skilled in relationship-building and trust-earning
Quick Learner Eager to master new products and sales techniques
Fast-Paced Performer Success in high-volume environments is a plus
Team-Oriented & Independent Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and self-motived for individual performance
Reliable Transportation Valid drivers license and dependable vehicle
