What You Will Do

  • Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails
  • Schedule jobs and assign them to the appropriate technician
  • Route optimization 
  • Generate quotes
  • Respectfully communicate with clients, technicians, and other departments within Generations
  • Lead morning meetings
  • Maintain accurate account and billing information
  • Review checklists for accuracy and scan them into the bookkeeper
  • Maintain company calendar
  • Schedule equipment drop off and pick ups
  • Enter call log data at the end of each day
  • Process payments
  • Manage accounts receivables for both commercial and residential accounts
  • Manage social media accounts and generate content
  • Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) or more years of office administration experience required
  • One (1) or more years of experience in customer service is required
  • One (1) or more years’ experience with route optimization is a plus
