Now Hiring: Phlebotomist II – Nixa & Branson, MO (Contract, Onsite)

Location: 105 S Ridgecrest Ave, Nixa, MO 65714 (also covering Branson, MO)

Contract Duration- 3 months

Schedule:

• Monday & Wednesday: Branson, MO – 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Tuesday &Thursday: Nixa, MO – 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Pay Rate:
• $24/hr- $25/hr

Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist II to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection while splitting time between our Nixa and Branson Patient Service Centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality blood draws from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
• Prepare and process specimens accurately for lab testing
• Maintain patient trust and professionalism during collections
• Verify patient demographics and ensure all labeling is accurate
• Maintain records and adhere to safety protocols
• Operate independently with minimal supervision and support high-volume sites
• Travel between locations with flexibility and short notice

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws
• Experience in a Patient Service Center preferred
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and provide superior customer service
• Medical assistant or paramedic training and phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
• Keyboard/data entry proficiency
• Flexible availability including potential weekends, holidays, and overtime

Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.

This is a contract position. Hours are split between Branson and Nixa locations due to staffing needs.
