Job Summary:
The Assistant Donut Baker will work under the supervision of the Head Baker to assist in the daily operations of our donut production. This role requires a love for baking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, contribute to a positive team atmosphere, and help deliver exceptional products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of donuts following established recipes and procedures.
- Measure and mix ingredients with precision to ensure product quality.
- Operate baking equipment, including fryers and ovens, safely and efficiently.
- Decorate and finish donuts with icing, toppings, and fillings according to shop standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Help with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create new flavors and specials.
- Assist in the training of new staff as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and answering questions about our products.

Qualifications:
- Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
- Passion for baking and a desire to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
