Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Aircraft Mechanic II (A&P) to join our skilled maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance on aircraft systems and components. This individual must demonstrate technical proficiency, a commitment to safety, and the ability to meet regulatory standards while supporting our mission of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Sign off aircraft logbooks and complete proper documentation for Return to Service (RTS).

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies.

• Use maintenance tracking software (Corridor) to document actions and manage tasks.

• Train and guide junior mechanics; maintain Level 1 Inspection capability.

• Participate in OJT documentation, technical training, and team development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• FAA certified A&P Mechanic (active license required).

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in aircraft maintenance.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering documentation.

• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance tools and equipment including jacks, power carts, and pressurization units.

• Must pass a 10-year background check and participate in FAA-mandated drug screening.
