Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Pay: up to $40.67/hr
This position is ONSITE in Torrance, CA, MUST be able to commute to Torrance, CA

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain storyboards and instructional content for online self-study training modules tailored to automotive service advisors, ensuring alignment with customer service best practices, dealership processes, and brand standards.
- Conduct market research and analyze service advisor performance data and learner feedback to identify training needs, content gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and dealership personnel to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
- Manage and contribute to special projects related to service advisor development, customer experience, and dealership operations.
Daily Tasks:
- Use Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and other digital tools to create, edit, and maintain instructional materials and eLearning content in an office environment.
- Work closely with SMEs to translate dealership processes and customer service strategies into effective training content.
Required Skills:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in automotive service operations, preferably as a service advisor, service manager, or trainer.
- Strong understanding of dealership workflows, customer service principles, and service advisor responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, and general AI tools for content development.
- Ability to interpret complex service processes and customer interactions and translate them into clear, engaging instructional content.
Desired Skills (Preferred, Not Required):
- ASE C1 certification or equivalent experience in service consulting.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Automotive Mgt., or a related field.
- Experience working in a Honda or Acura dealership service department.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
