Technical Analyst - Core Banking Support

We are seeking a Technical Analyst with 3-7 years of experience to provide L1, L1.5, and L2 technical support for Core Banking functions, merchant management, and biller systems in the financial services domain. This individual contributor role involves handling payment processing system issues, performing log analysis, troubleshooting using REST APIs, and participating in 24x7 support operations with flexibility for critical issues outside working hours.

The successful candidate must have mandatory skills in Core Banking knowledge, HP NonStop platform experience, Oracle database administration, Oracle GoldenGate for data replication, SQL proficiency, log analysis & REST API experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and documentation abilities. Preferred skills include finance domain knowledge in payment processing, merchant and billing systems, ITIL process knowledge, security standards understanding, and basic Java knowledge.

The role requires flexibility to handle critical issues and maintain continuity for our 24x7 support team.
