4. Interface with local law enforcement and community agencies to promote availability of victim support systems for victims of sexual assault. Co-chair monthly task force meetings with aforementioned agencies to maximize resource sharing.
· Orienting & training new staff and providing on-going information on training opportunities/updates for existing staff. Managing staff scheduling for 24/7 on call coverage, staff leave requests, and daily operational coverage.
7. Perform community outreach activities such as lectures, presentations and other speaking engagements as needed. Attend community events to promote agency services. Maintain a consistent presence within the community and act as an ambassador for the agency.
8. Maintain both FCASV and DCF certifications by attending annual training that meets certification guidelines, as well as training on forensic program management, record reviews and monitoring.
· Understand and promote the culture of philanthropy.
· Serve as a philanthropic ambassador within the organization and community.
· Help cultivate relationships on behalf of and in support of the organization.
· Work with development staff to support grant applications and other development activities.
Responsible for the management of the Sexual Assault Center, including the forensic examination program, helpline, sexual assault advocacy program, and outreach counseling programs.
1. Overall in charge of management of the Sexual Assault Center, to include oversight of sexual assault awareness programs, prevention, sexual assault response coordination, forensic examinations, outreach counseling and victim advocacy.

2. Provide sexual assault outreach (non-diagnostic) counseling services. Responsibilities include individual and group counseling, case management, client file maintenance and accurate progress reporting. Service programs include, but are not limited to:
· Individual counseling
· Support Groups
· Support Groups
· Advocacy
· Case management and follow-up
· Information and referral
· Assistance in filing Victim’s Compensation claims

3. Conduct needs assessments to ensure compliance with guidance to include legislation, agency policy and certification standards. Complete services provision contract reporting for funding streams

5. Provide support for agency specific roles and responsibilities (i.e. Memorandums of Agreement or Understanding) to facilitate timely exchange of resources with local agencies.
6. Supervise clinical staff and interns. Responsibilities include:
· Orienting & training new staff and providing on-going information on training opportunities/updates for existing staff. Managing staff scheduling for 24/7 on call coverage, staff leave requests, and daily operational coverage.
· Responsible for staff performance reviews including probationary and annual evaluations to be submitted to the CEO.
· Enforcing agency and personnel policies and procedures.
· Ensuring SANE nurses maintain qualifications and training requirements in compliance with contract obligations.
