Leading printing company in the Nashville area is seeking to hire an experienced CFO.
Responsibilities include:

• Manage daily operations in accounts payable, accounts receivables, and general ledger functions.
• Cost accounting.
• Manage accounting personnel.
• Prepare monthly financial statements , general ledger reconciliation and month-end closing statements.
• Prepare forecasts and budgets, schedules and documentation for yearly financial statement review.
• Financial planning, budgeting, driving cost saving initiatives and tax compliance.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a CFO in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in the printing industry preferred.
• Exceptional cost accounting skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Highly organized plus attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Proficient on Quick Books and MSO.

Starting base salary $90,000 - $125,000 + benefits, 401k and relocation assistance.
