We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chefs to lead our culinary operations in Lakewood, OH. The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff, designing innovative menus, maintaining the highest culinary standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for food, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage a high-performing kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

What we can provide you:

• Pay: $45-75k; based on experience
• 5 days a week; roughly 55 hours a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard of quality and presentation.
• Design and update seasonal menus that reflect fresh ingredients, culinary trends, and the restaurant’s identity.
• Lead by example during service, ensuring smooth kitchen flow and exceptional plate execution.
• Train and mentor line cooks and prep staff; help them grow their skills and work efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
• Work with the GM or owner to manage food orders, minimize waste, and ensure freshness of ingredients.
• Monitor and maintain food safety standards and cleanliness in accordance with health codes.
• Participate in tastings, events, and menu planning sessions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, fine-dining or upscale casual establishment.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Culinary creativity with a strong palate and attention to detail.
