Position Overview
You will set strategy, manage budget, and coordinate execution across paid, organic, lifecycle, and partnership channels.

Key Responsibilities
• Build quarterly plans that connect campaign spend to new evaluation starts and funded accounts.
• Oversee paid acquisition, SEO content, lifecycle email/SMS, and affiliate outreach.
• Coordinate product launches, discounts, and rule changes to ensure consistent messaging.
• Track performance in GA4 and BigQuery; adjust spend based on real‐time results.
• Manage a small internal team and external specialists.

Qualifications
• 5+ years in growth or demand generation for a trading platform, broker, or fintech SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to allocate >$2M annual budget with clear ROI.
• Familiar with futures trading terminology and compliance considerations.
• Strong cross‐functional leadership and project‐management skills.
