Job Description

Ganko Ittetsu Ramen - Brookline is hiring Head Cook! We are family owned authentic Japanese ramen restaurant.
Location: 318 Harvard Street Unit 3 Brookline, MA

Requirement:

Kitchen Supervisor Experience: 3 - 5 year (Required)
Must be able to manage inventory, ordering, and hiring.
Must have interest with Japanese culture and food.
Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
Must be able to have problem solving skills.
Must be a team player.
Must have a great organizational skills as well as communication skills.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and order.
Evaluate, schedule, and assign kitchen duties for kitchen staff.
Develop, implement, and maintain food safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Must be able to drive to work.
Must be authorized to work in United States.
