Position Overview:

The Performance Manager will be responsible for monitoring and improving the performance of our legal portfolio across several states and clients through strategic planning and goal setting. The PM will possess strong leadership skills and be able to collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance management processes, methodologies, and KPIs to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor firm performance against goals and objectives on a regular basis
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop action plans for improving performance metrics.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to firm and internal stakeholders
• Lead performance improvement projects and initiatives to enhance overall business outcomes.
• Prepare and present performance reports and dashboards to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management.
