Position Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Call Center Representative who is also a licensed auto insurance agent. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls related to Omni loans, Omni debit cards, and auto insurance. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, educate clients about our products, and ensure regulatory compliance when discussing or selling auto insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Support:
- Answer customer inquiries regarding personal loan products, applications, status updates, and funding.
- Guide customers through the loan application process and provide basic financial literacy support.
- Ensure adherence to lending regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Debit Card Services:
- Assist customers with Omni debit card activation, transaction support, card replacements, and general account questions.
- Promote the benefits of Omni debit cards to eligible clients.
- Auto Insurance Sales and Service:
- As a licensed insurance agent, provide accurate and compliant quotes for auto insurance policies.
- Educate customers on coverage options, pricing, and state-specific regulations.
- Complete policy sales, modifications, renewals, and cancellations as needed.
- Maintain active state insurance licensing and complete continuing education requirements.
- General Duties:
- Maintain accurate documentation in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Handle high call volumes professionally and efficiently.
- Cross-sell products when appropriate to meet customer needs and company goals.
- Maintain compliance with privacy laws, financial regulations, and insurance standards.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Auto) in at least one U.S. state.
- High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience, preferably in financial services or insurance.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with computer systems, including CRM platforms and MS Office.
- Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Familiarity with military customers or previous work in a military-focused organization.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Full-time schedule with rotating shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
