Job Details

We are seeking an AV/IT installation technician to become part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Install low voltage cabling, audio systems, network systems, video surveillance systems, phones, displays, access control systems, and projectors, to the delight of our wonderful customers
• Troubleshoot AV and IT network & system issues
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Provide post-installation and/or support documentation

​Qualifications:

• Some previous experience as an AV and/or IT network technician is desired, but we'll train the right candidate
• Good customer service skills
• Eagerness to learn existing and new technologies
• Flexible schedule, ability to travel and stay overnight several nights per month
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Reliable transportation to our office
