If you like diversity…we have the right job for you! Must be able to work alone without direct supervision. This position entails traveling between different properties that we manage. We supply the service van, fuel and your own credit card to purchase repair supplies. You will perform necessary work to repair and maintain swimming pool equipment, plumbing, electrical (basic repairs). All properties are centrally located in Tucson. Properties consist of commercial industrial plazas and apartment communities. We do NOT manage or service single family homes.

Responsibilities:

• Repair minor issues in Apartments
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Market ready Apartments for move in condition to include, touch up paint (full paint is contracted out), minor drywall and maintenance
• Maintain a clean and a safe work environment
• Commercial Tenant repairs to evap coolers
• Work with the Director of Maintenance regarding capital projects or major repairs outside of your scope of experience
• Emergency on call required-(very few call outs after hours)
• Must have a valid drivers license with 5 years clean motor vehicle record, and pass background and drug test. 
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Electrical, plumbing and HVAC experience necessary (Major AC, Electric and plumbing is contracted)
• Must be organized and communicate well
• Must have own hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
